2022 Impact Report
If you’re reading this, that means you’re one of the most engaged members of our community here at Jubilee. Thank you for your continued support– it’s so inspiring to get to sit here and share the awesome work we’ve been able to do this year because of you!
We have so much to share, it’s hard to know where to start. Honestly, it feels like we’re drinking from a firehose of great opportunities and positive momentum right now. It is exciting to get to tell the story of the wonderful things that happened in 2022 and what’s already in motion for 2023
Looking Back
> In 2022 we spent $25,789.48 with our partners in Morocco. This went to our primary partners, their local contractors that help make our goods, to the local leather tanners, and other direct suppliers. As they buy their materials locally, all of that money was put into their local economy.
> This also calculates out to 3,582.5 hours of employment for my Moroccan team and their partners
> You can also measure this is 1583 products made for our brand this year!
To be honest, we didn't grow much over in 2022 compared to 2021, our numbers are about even for the two years. This is actually very positive, because as we all know the economy shifted a LOT last year, and sales were significantly down. The fact we kept even is a big deal!
I (Stephanie) recently got back from spending a week with our partners in Morocco. It is always refreshing and encouraging to get to have quality time with the team there, and I've returned home with a full heart and renewed passion to continue our journey ahead! I say this over and over, but I’m honored to be able to do this work. It is continually inspiring to know that from a small town in Tennessee, our little business can impact lives around the world.
