We had some shipping issues (all USPS delays, nothing to do with the shop) - when I reached out worried the plants would suffer in the packages for 2 weeks in the heat, they got back to me ASAP and gave assurance things would be ok.
The plants arrived in wonderful condition - you'd never know they were stuck in the post for 2 weeks. Super happy with the purchase, can't wait to see them grow!
