Packed super well! Really nice, healthy palms. USPS took way longer than needed getting them to me (no fault of the seller) in crazy negative temps but they arrived perfect due to all the packing! Thanks so much!!

It was so healthy and arrived so full! There was a problem with shipping whether ups or something else so it said it arrived but didn't actually come till like a week or two later, but either way its so pretty!! Cats love

Beautiful healthy plant exactly what I was looking for.
Although my Parlor Palm was shipped together with my White Fusion Calathea (2 separate attached boxes) it faired better than the Calathea did….it's water was moist enough to prevent it from ending up outside the pot. I would love to see packaging a bit more consistent, with the word “fragile” added more than once on the box. That said, the palm is lovely, and I'm very happy with it. I think this company's Mission is admirable and I am happy to try to continue to support it by buying another plant very soon. Good Luck!
This palm was well-wrapped without only a little dirt in the box. I re-potted it, gave it some tropical plant soil mix, a little water and it seems to be doing well.
