Lovely little rabbits foot fern to add to my collection. Just came in the mail today.
The ferns arrived in excellent condition. They were securely packaged and arrived 3 days early.

Cute little plant, looking forward to watching it grow. Plant was as described, quality is good and the plant is healthy healthy, but the packaging was okay… there was quite a bit of soil loss and it was almost out of the pot… needed a good drink of water upon arrival. Shipping was fast considering the Memorial Day weekend.

I ordered 3 plants from Jubilee. I did not like the way the plants were packaged for shipping. They were wrapped very tightly in plastic wrap. One of the plants arrived damaged and stressed. When I emailed Stephanie, she responded by telling me the plants were a little stressed and they were only some yellowing and that I can just trim them and they’re healthy. She refused to exchange or replace them, or refund me. Highly unsatisfied and would never order from them again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
This plant arrived beautifully packaged, in great condition and faster than expected. In just 2 weeks, it’s already grown & filled out. I highly recommend Jubilee. Exceptional quality, service & prices.

Oh my goodness.. I have never ordered a plant online so I was a little worried about the condition it would be arriving. But to my surprise it was absolutely perfect. I love it. The packaging was very nice and the fern was in perfect condition when it arrived. The shipping was less than a week. I know have my rabbit foot fern planted and I have named it Thumper. Thank you!
